Beyond Redemption

Paul, in Hebrews 6:4-6, writes, "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame." (NKJV)

Those who have experienced intimacy with God and subsequently fall away, turn away, reject that gift cannot return.

Could it be that this principle be that which prevents the fallen angels and arch-angel from partaking of salvation? They were partakers, and enjoyed life in the presence of the God-head.

Consider this as well, the Greek word for angel is the same word for messenger:

"...for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light." 2 Corinthians 11:14 (NASB)

ἄγγελος aggelos ; a prim. word; a messenger, angel

If Satan's minions have intentionally concocted an injection that taints our DNA with fallen angel (messenger RNA) might this affect our eligibility for redemption? I posit that Satan knows he is domed and his only recource for doing maximum harm or retaiation to God is by taking with him as many people as he can. As in the days of Noah, when the fallen angels tainted man through intercourse, so it will be in the endtimes (Luke 17:26).

For God so loved the [people] that he gave himself to die for them... (John 3:16)
