Legal jargon or legalize is the careful redefining of common words to the advantage of private interests. This is deception at its best.
We need to be aware of these deceptions or we fall prey to them.
So will Babylon, the great city, be thrown down with violence, ... because all the nations were deceived by your sorcery. And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints and of all who have been slain on the earth. (Revelation 18:21-24 NASB unless noted)
Deception will be a hallmark of the end times. It is already present and active to unbelievable degrees. The fact that it is deceptive means that most are not aware of its activities in day-to-day life.
Please allow me to illustrate even one prominent example.
In casual conversation, we talk about this person or that person and in every case we are referring to a man or woman whom we know. Have you ever referred to your favourite grocery store chain, electronics store chain, or bank as a “person”? In legalize they have been granted “personhood” by the lawyers in government.
According to the legislation’s Interpretation Act:
“person”, or any word or expression descriptive of a person, includes a corporation;
The term “person” comes from Latin and describes the mask actors held to their faces and spoke through when they were representing a role different from who they were. In other words, a person or persona is an alternate presentment of you.
"Persons" are of two kinds, natural and artificial. A natural person is a human being. Artificial persons include a collection or succession of natural persons forming a corporation... Black’s Law Dictionary, 4th Ed. “person"
A natural person is a presentment that comes naturally to man i.e. a wife, husband, son, daughter, etc. An artificial or legal person is a presentment assigned to you by statute, i.e. a driver, a taxpayer, a citizen, a politician, a CEO, a shareholder, etc.
So how do we know which we are? A short review of grammar will help.
In the book called “The Canadian Style” published in co-operation with the Canadian government we read that a proper noun and epithet (a name) is written with the first letter capitalized. This is a very important fact. Do not forget this.
The U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual reads:
Proper names
3.2. Proper names are capitalized.
Rome John Macadam Italy
Brussels Macadam family Anglo-Saxon
Proper. That means anything else is improper, error, or refers to something different.
Another practice is that the names of corporations (a legal person) are written in all capital letters:
PERSON - "From 13th Century Latin persona = “the (fictional) legal character representing an individual HUMAN BEING or CORPORATION by CONSENT ". Person is a key rule of Law describing a fundamental legal fiction—that is any individual or formal organization subject to the Curia (courts) or lesser courts. Providing consent is given without duress, legally an individual, a corporation and even a nation may be considered a PERSON and therefore subject to the principles of common law and commercial (maritime) law of the Vatican/Roman Cult. Seems simple enough? No deception here? Read on.
Now look at every important document in your possession - birth certificate, driver’s licence, passport, bank account, deed, vehicle ownership, pension, utility bills, charge accounts, etc… Who’s name or what name do you find there? One that looks like yours but it's in capital letters. Deception?
When you were born and that birth was “registered” the government created a corporation (legal person) using a NAME similar to yours and incorporated it by assigning it to you. Then they required that you use their NAME in all your day-to-day interactions. Why not you were never told there was a difference between the two names, but here is! One name you own the other NAME they own—and everything their NAME owns, they own.
There is a principle of real law, not a statute or private law, that states:
The power which is derived cannot be greater than that from which it is derived.
In other words, that which is created can never be greater than its creator. This principle is important because the government can never be greater than a man or woman since we created government. However, the government creates corporations and it is therefore greater than those corporations.
The government created a corporation with a NAME similar to yours and let you think that you were it so that that government could exercise authority over you. Without that deception government is our servant. With that deception, we are a servant to it.
Deception? You bet! That’s just the tip of the iceberg. This has far-reaching implications.
I pray, “Father, inflict those individuals who have and do kraft the codes, statutes, regulations, and the like, that are used by various levels of governments and their agencies, to control the people whose God-given rights they should protect, be inflicted with maladies causing intense suffering, but not death until they publicly confess to the people of the their respective nations the truth of what they have done.”
